The popular Glendale Family Bike Ride rolls through Glendale on Sunday, March 29 to kick off Valley Bike Month!
Join hundreds of riders for wonderful weather and great exercise. The ride is FREE for all ages and skill levels! The ride will feature three routes to choose – 9, 16 & 22 miles. Bicyclists will take a leisurely ride through neighborhoods that highlight Glendale bike lanes and pathways. The 22 mile route also showcases the 63rd Avenue pedestrian/bicycle bridge.
The ride begins at 8 a.m., all riders must be on the road by 8:30 a.m. Snacks and water are provided at rest stops along the routes. Helmets are required for all participants. If you need a helmet they will be available at the event or recycle your old helmet for a new one while supplies last.
