Buti Glow at Aloha Yoga & Hula

EVENT INFORMATION

Are you ready to shake, flow and Glo? Get ready for Buti Glo! Buti glo is a 75 minute class that blends yoga, plyometrics and dance with the added atmosphere of black lights, neon body paint and incredible music available to all fitness levels. The black light ambiance allows you to truly let loose, hoot and holler and have an incredible time! Doors will open 30 minutes before the class for you to paint yourself, your friends and get ready for an uplifting night with an incredible community!

What do you need to participate?
Bring your own mat, wear white, light or neon colors. Paint will be provided. The paint will stain lightly colored clothing so don’t wear your favorite stuff. Feel free to get crazy with your outfit!! Anything glow in the dark will also show up in the black light.

Who is leading you through this event?
Alicia is a 200 HR RYT who has been practicing BUTI yoga for over 2 years. She is the face behind “Your Average Yogi” where you can follow her through her every day adventures of being a single mom balancing life and yoga. Alicia demonstrates her own version of BUTI at her Wednesday night classes incorporating postures available to all her students and encouraging non judgement for oneself on and off the mat.

$25 or $30 at the door

When:

Arrive at 6:15pm to get your self painted. Class starts at 7:00pm and ends at 8:15pm.
