Honored to be hosting a very special and personal charity dinner honoring two of my former partners and friends in the fire service!
Firefighter/ Paramedic Luke Jones and Captain/ Paramedic David “Wade” Barter both tragically lost their lives and we are honoring them this Fathers Day with the blessings of their families and fellow firefighters!

This is a celebration dinner and the menu will reflect some of their favorite dishes I used to cook at the fire house along with family favorites done the Finestre Modern Gastronomy way!
This will be a 5 course dinner with wine or beer pairings for $100 per person! All proceeds with go to Luke’s and Wade’s fire department charities organization! More details to come!
