Join me every Wednesday @ 7:15pm for a gentle, Christ-centered yoga practice. It will be appropriate for all levels, even beginners! This class will be a perfect way to build strength, balance, and find relaxation. Drop in rate is $10; you can reserve your spot by RSVPing to this event, and pay in person. I take:
