Grab your capes! It’s time for Gilbert Parks and Recreation’s KAPOW! Superhero Adventure Run presented by Banner Health. Taking place on March 21st at Freestone Park, this approximately 2-mile fun run is perfect for families who want to get out and get moving. Featuring 20+ playful obstacles for you and your little hero to concur throughout the morning from 8am-noon.
