Join us for an all-levels 30-minute themed yoga session for the whole family! Classes taught by Mountainside Fitness Instructors Kassie Shirey and Victoria Carlock.

Children benefit greatly from yoga! Physically, yoga enhances flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Emotionally, yoga cultivates a sense of calm and relaxation allowing concentration to improve.
*This event is free and open to the community. Family participation is highly encouraged. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Mat or beach towel recommended. Check out Five Below, Target and/or Marshall’s for a variety of mat options.
EVENT TRAFFIC UPDATE
The westbound Pima Freeway frontage road between Hayden and Scottsdale roads will be closed for approximately one year, beginning Nov. 18, through November 2020. Detour: Drivers can use the westbound Pima Freeway or Legacy Boulevard between Hayden and Scottsdale roads.
