Kids & Teens Spring Cooking Camp

About:
Spring Break is here! Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights.

Daily Menus:
Monday:
Pasta Primavera
Italian Chop Salad
Olive Oil Citrus Cake

Tuesday:
Chorizo and Eggs Breakfast Burritos
Cantaloupe and Avocado Salad with Chili Dressing
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Wednesday:
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Basmati Rice
Ginger Peach Hand Pies

Thursday:
Beef and Broccoli
Stir Fry Noodles
Chai Chocolate Custard

More Info:
Ages 8-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Students will be grouped according to their ages. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and run from 12:00pm – 2:00pm.
The cost for the 4-day Spring Break Cooking Camp is $160 per student, and includes all ingredients and supplies, along with beverages.
