Attention future ninja warriors: Parkour camp is for you! Co-ed all skill levels, ages 7 – 17 – no experience is required. We will introduce students to movements of parkour along with skills required to train safely and effectively. At SPF we are dedicated to helping students reach their goals. Camper athletes will learn to use their bodies to at full potential while having fun. Building strength, balance, agility, and spacial awareness, parkour will take them to the next level of fitness. All of our coaches are certified by WFPF (World Freerunning Parkour Federation) and have been background checked, CPR and first aid trained. Parkour is the freedom of movement through an environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping and climbing. Ninja warriors let our parkour coaches help you reach your goal.
