Join us for this annual favorite! A friendly competition between We’re MOVING FORWARD! and the Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association of Arizona (please use logos for both)

Family Friendly – All Ages – All Abilities

Check-in at 1:30 pm

Ball Game 2 pm – 4 pm

Dinner 4 pm – 5 pm

FREE Survivors/Immediate Family (100 Quantity Available – after that $5 each)

(Immediate family is described as the survivor’s parents, spouse, siblings and children)

“Pay Your Own – Save a Space” If you are able, please consider paying for your own space. This allows the “free or discounted” space(s) for a survivor and/or family member who may need it.

$5 Everyone Else

All equipment will be provided

The Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association will provide free transportation to the event from Ability360 for those who may need it. Call (602) 507-4209 to arrange.

Participants, Spectators and Volunteers need to register by 3/25/20.
