Self Care For Teens Impacted by Foster Care – Float Spa and Self Care/Coping Workshop
Join us for another wonderful event at True Rest Float Spa in Chandler for a spa day! Each participant will have the opportunity to expience all of the relaxation this gorgeous spa offers, and finish with a group workshop focused on coping and self regulation with a Branching Out counselor.
The experience includes:
– Visual meditation in zero gravity chairs.
– A luxurious private suite with rainfall shower and a private float pod, which includes a 1,000 lbs of epsom salt.
– Scented oxygen therapy at the oxygen bar after the float.
– A workshop, lunch and self care gifts to take home.
This event is open to teens who have been impacted by the foster care system. Both boys and girls are welcome.
