Experience the museum in a gentler way. This event is in response to our museum becoming Autism Certified. We will be joined by local community autism advocates including some live animals with crafts and storytelling too.
Reduced price of $7 per person, free to members.
PREREGISTRATION is required for this event. Limited to 200 visitors.

In order to give our more sensitive visitors a more gentle experience, the museum will open early for a limited number of visitors only and there will be no ticket sales on the day at the door. Sound effect volume will be reduced and strobe lighting eliminated. Noise reduction head phones and light sensitivity glasses are available to check out and quiet areas will be posted around the museum for when breaks are needed.
