Yoga instructors Shannon Maurisak and Lynn Storm from Bee Yourself Yoga will stretch imaginations and bodies with stories, music and kid-friendly yoga activities. Please have children wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise.
For children ages 3-6. No registration needed, but participation is limited to 12 children. Yoga mats are provided for use during class.
