Desert Ridge Marketplace continues its partnership with Mountainside Fitness to host free, outdoor fitness classes with a twist!

Join us for an all-levels 30-minute themed yoga session for the whole family! Classes taught by Mountainside Fitness Instructors Kassie Shirey and Victoria Carlock.

Let out your inner character – best dressed in conjunction with the theme will win a prize!

Children benefit greatly from yoga! Physically, yoga enhances flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Emotionally, yoga cultivates a sense of calm and relaxation allowing concentration to improve.
